Upon full payment, the client owns the final deliverables (website, designs). Niuans Studio retains the right to display the work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a specific NDA is signed.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Niuans Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
